Thank you for your expression of interest for our 2026 trip to Sydney. Please find further details below, along with pricing and payment timeframes. We will be exploring Sydney as well as attending selections from the Sydney Contemporary art fair. There are 24 places available.
Timetable
Monday 31 August - Please arrange your own flights. Welcome drinks will be in the hotel lobby at 5pm, followed by dinner together in a nearby restaurant, dinner is included
Tuesday - Full day of activities, dinner is included
Wednesday - Full day of activities, Sydney Contemporary opening drinks, dinner is excluded
Thursday - Full day of activities, selection of Sydney Contemporary activities, dinner is included
Friday - Full day of activities, Sydney Contemporary activities, farewell dinner is included
Saturday - Check-out and departure
Accomodation
We will be staying at the Adina Apartment Hotel Sydney Surry Hills. Each guest will have a private room in a shared two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment (80m²) featuring a full kitchen and laundry. Facilities include a swimming pool, spa, and gym. Five nights are included in your fee. If you wish to arrive early or extend your stay, please make arrangements independently. Your Sydney Contemporary VIP pass is valid for Saturday and Sunday.
Travel
Airfares and travel insurance will be the responsibility of the individual. You will be required to provide a copy of your insurance documents to us by 01 July 2026. We will be using Uber and public transport throughout our stay. This cost is not included in the price.
Cost
The cost for the trip is $3650 per person.

Public transport and uber around the city
Breakfast and lunch (beverages, coffee, wine etc)

Travel insurance.
A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required by the 20 February 2026, to secure your place. The remaining payment of $3150 is required by 01 July 2026. Priority will be given to those who have completed this form and paid their deposit on time. Payments are non refundable as we are on-paying booking costs.
