Queenstown Registration 2026

Tuesday 21 April - Thursday 23 April 2026

Thank you for your expression of interest for our trip to Queenstown. Please find further details below, along with pricing and payment timeframes. We will be exploring Queenstown, Wanaka and Arrowtown. There are 24 places available.

The following is included in the price:

• Air New Zealand flight to Queenstown, departing Tuesday Auckland 7:55am. Return flight to Auckland, Thursday 3:05pm.

• All our transport throughout the trip by minivan (with driver).

• Accomodation at Rendezvous Heritage Hotel - twin share (due to Queenstown’s high prices and the short stay we will be sharing rooms). Breakfast is included.

• Dinner on Tuesday and Wednesday night, and lunch on Thursday.

• Visit to various locations and gifts to our hosts

Items not included in the cost:

• Transfers to and from Auckland Airport

• Lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday

• Beverages (eg coffee, evening meal drinks)

• Travel insurance

Please note we will be using WhatsApp for all group communication during the visit.

Payment

The cost for the trip is $2600

A non-refundable deposit of $500 is due 1 February with the remaining payment of $2100 is due 20 March 2026.
